So apparently, comparing interracial sex to beastility is okay..
Once upon a time, a kink community called [info]daily_deviant chose a theme. This theme was miscegenation, a word for interracial relationships that has the connonation of corrupting the white person in the relationship. [info]witchqueen pointed this out to the mods.

The mods refused to do a thing about it. Other people reacted, leading to several other posts, both supportive and negative. There's also a post in Fandom Wank about this.

[info]daily_deviant has apologized, but the apology doesn't seem to be particularly sincere.

Now, the mere fact there are people who claim that it's fucking censorship if they're asked not to use offensive terms makes me shake in anger, so I'll keep it short: [info]witchqueen has dealt with all this crap with such class and elegance that I can't even describe it. I know I would have cracked and made an ass out of myself in much milder situation. She keeps her cool even when she's being dismissed and slandered. Nothing but admiration for her.

Bonus link: How to Suppress Discussions of Racism. A fantastic post by [info]coffeeandink, written for International Blog Against Racism Week. Simply timeless.
